On Gold Star Spouses Day, just as we honor those who died fighting for freedom across the globe, we honor and mourn with those they left behind. We recognize your sacrifice, we share in your grief, and we vow to always fight for and support you in your loved ones’ absences.

That’s why we’re proud to push Congress to pass the Love Lives On Act (S.1266 / H.R. 3651) – a bill that would extend benefit programs and services for surviving spouses of deceased members of the Armed Forces. No spouse should have to worry about losing their earned survivors benefits provided by the VA while they heal from their loss.
